To provide financial assistance to poor persons under the age of 25 and resident or in their final school year in Wroughton parish who are preparing for, beginning or engaged in any trade, occupation or profession by the provision of tools or books, the payment of fees for instruction or examination, the payment of travelling expenses or such other means as will fit them to earn their own living.
