Charitable objects

RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY MALES OR FEMALES IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS: PROVIDED THAT IN APPLYING HALF THE SAID INCOME THE TRUSTEES SHALL GIVE PREFERENCE TO PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WORLABY.
