FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE (INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION) FOR THE PROMOTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE HEALTH, SOCIAL WELL-BEING AND CONDITIONS OF LIVING OF: A) PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET AS CONSTITUTED ON THE 31ST MARCH 1974 IN THE COAL-MINING INDUSTRY OR ACTIVITIES ALLIED THERETO ; B) THE WIVES, HUSBANDS AND DEPENDANT RELATIVES OF SUCH PERSONS AND C) THE WIDOWS, WIDOWERS AND NECESSITOUS RELATIVES OF DECEASED PERSONS WHO WERE SO EMPLOYED.
