TO ASSIST ANY CHILD OF THE PARISH OF LLANTWIT OR LIVING IN THE TREFOREST WARD OF THE PONTYPRIDD URBAN DISTRICT IN THEIR EDUCATION AND ALSO TO ASSIST THE BRANCHES OF THE RED CROSS SOCIETY AT LLANTWIT OR TREFOREST OR FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE BLIND ASSOCIATION OR THE DEAF AND DUMB ASSOCIATION OF LLANTWIT AND TREFOREST.
