TO ENABLE A DOCTOR PRACTISING AT THE LJUBLANA HOSPITAL TO VISIT THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE PURPOSE OF STUDYING MEDICINE AND MEDICAL TREATMENT AND TO PROVIDE SUCH DOCTOR WITH FUNDS FOR THE COST OF HIS MAINTENANCE TRAVELLING EXPENSES AND ANY OTHER FEES OR EXPENSES INCIDENTAL TO SUH VISIT OR A CONTRIBUTION TO SUCH FEES AND EXPENSES.
