THE YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING ON OR AIDING IN CARRYING ON WITHIN THE CITY OF YORK OR A RADUIS OF TEN MILES FROM THE SAID CITY SCHOOLS OR CLASSES FOR SPIRITUAL EDUCATIONAL OR GENERAL INSTRUCTION, ADULT SCHOOLS OR SUNDAY SCHOOLS OR OF ANY USEFUL AND ELEVATING PURPOSES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, OR FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING ON OR AIDING IN CARRYING ON WITHIN THE SAID AREA ANY OTHER KIND OF CHRISTIAN MISSION WORK OR CHARITABLE WORK AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
