ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE OR PERSONS WHO ARE PERMANENTLY DISABLED FROM EARNING A LIVELIHOOD IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE. PREFERENCE TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF FAREHAM.
