Charitable objects
TO HOLD KIPLIN HALL AND ITS APPURTENANCES UPON TRUST PERMANENTLY TO PRESERVE THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NATION AS A PLACE OF BEAUTY AND HISTORICAL AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST AND IF AT ANY TIME IT IS NOT PRACTICABLE FOR THE SAME TO BE PRESERVED AS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE SAME UPON TRUST TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AS THEY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
