AFTER COVERING COSTS MENTIONED IN CLAUSES 3 AND 4 OF THE VARYING SCHEME OF THE 27TH MARCH 1903 THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES ON THE ORDINARY MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, INSURANCE AGAINST FIRE AND RENEWAL OF THE FABRIC FITTINGS AND ORNAMENTS OF THE CHURCH OF TOWNSTAL ST. CLEMENT INCLUDING THE BELLS IN THE TOWER OR STEEPLE AND OF THE CHURCHYARD OF THE SAID CHURCH AND SUBJECT THERETO (SEE CLAUSE 5 (B) OR VARYING SCHEME OF 27TH MARCH 1903).
