TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF WALES AND THE COUNTY OF MONMOUTH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR PF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS EITHER ALONE OR IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS BY RELIEVING POVERTY AND NEED ADVANCING EDUCATION AND PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFATE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH INHABITANTS.
