FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF FARNHAM ROYAL EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY; PROVIDED THAT IN APPLYING NOT MORE THAN TWO FIFTHS OF THE SAID INCOME PREFERENCE SHALL BE FIVEN TO PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO REGULARLY ATTEND DIVINE SERVICE AT THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARY FARNHAM ROYAL.
