FOR PERSONS AS ARE FOR THE TIME BEING NECESSITOUS AND DESERVING THAT IS TO SAY ANY AND EVERY PERSON WHO (A) IS NOW OR SHALL AT ANY TIME HEREAFTER BECOME AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SETTLOR AND (B) HAS COMPLETED OR SHALL HEREAFTER COMPLETE ONE YEAR'S CONTINUOUS SERVICE IN SUCH EMPLOYMENT. FOR RESPECTIVE WIVES HUSBANDS WIDOWS AND WIDOWERS OF EMPLOYEES OF THE SETTLOR - FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 1 (C)(I) AND (II) OF SETTLEMENT DATED 15TH MARCH 1968.
