TO CARRY ON THE INDUSTRY, BUSINESS, OR TRADE OF PROVIDING HOUSING AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES FOR PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO PERSON OF LIMITED MEANS IN MEMBERSHIP WITH OR REGULARLY ATTENDING A CHURCH IN MEMBERSHIP WITH THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE BAPTIST ASSOCIATION SUCH PERSONS BEING RECOMMENDED BY RESOLUTION OF THE CHURCH CONCERNED.
