Charitable objects

(I) THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH PURPOSES AS FOR THE TIME BEING AND FROM TIME TO TIME ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE (II) WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING SUCH MONIES MAY BE APPLIED IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD IN FURTHERANCE OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES PROVIDED THAT NO MONIES SHALL BE APPLIED FOR ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS NOT BY LAW CHARITABLE AS AFORESAID.
