Charitable objects
TO DISTRIBUTE THE INCOME ON OR ABOUT THE 24 DAY OF JUNE AND THE 25 DAY OF DECEMBER IN EVERY YEAR IN SUMS NOT EXCEEDING 3 POUNDS TO ANY ONE PERSON AT ANY DISTRIBUTION AMONGST POOR PERSONS OF EITHER SEX AND OF ANY DENOMINATION WHO HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF SIXTY YARS AND HAVE LIVED IN THE PARISH OF BOLSOVER FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN 10 YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE DAY ON WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION IS MADE.
