THE ESTABLISHMENT OF OR THE GRANTING OF ASSISTANCE TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS IN THE VILLAGE OF PIRBRIGHT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SEE FIT AND (WITHOUT LIMITING THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES) FOR THE PROVISION OF OR IMPROVEMENT OF PLAYING FIELDS OR THE VILLAGE HALL OR IN GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS IN THE VILLAGE.
