Charitable objects
(A) TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE LIGHT INFANTRY BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION. (B) TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE LIGHT INFANTRY BY: (1) PROMOTING AND MAINTAINING COMRADESHIP AMONG OFFICERS PAST AND PRESENT OF THE LIGHT INFANTRY BY MEANS OF MEETING, SOCIAL REUNIONS AND REGIMENTAL BROCHURES WITH A VIEW TO FOSTERING THE ESPIRIT DE CORPS OF THE REGIMENT. (2) MAINTAINING THE REGIMENTAL CHARITABLE CHATTELS.
