TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL STIMULATION TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM POTENTIAL WITH INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES. TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN PROPERTY IN IPSWICH FOR THIS PURPOSE.
