Charitable objects
(1) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AND AT THEIR DISCRETION THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING HOLIDAYS FOR POOR, SICK OR DEPRIVED CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME IN SUCH OTHER WAYS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID AT THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY DETERMINE
