1) TO AID, HELP, SUCCOUR AND MAINTAIN BABIES CHILDREN AND MOTHERS OF BABIES AND CHILDREN AND EXPECTANT WHO ARE IN NEED OF AID OR ASSISTANCE AND TO EFFECT ADOPTIONS OF BABIES AND CHILDREN. 2) TO PROVIDE HOMES FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN AND MOTHERS OF BABIES AND CHILDREN IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AND TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE BY MEANS OF BOARD, LODGING, SUSTENANCE, EDUCATION AND GENERAL CARE.
