B) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY, NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. C) TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC INTEREST OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
