THE PRESERVATION MAINTENANCE REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF WINCHELSEA NEW HALL AND THE UPKEEP THEREIN OF THE FURNITURE AND FITTINGS THEREOF AND OF ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THEREAT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF WINCHELSEA.
