Charitable objects

TO RELIEVE BRITISH SUBJECTS, PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN THE UNITED ARAB REPUBLIC WHO ARE CONSIDERED TO BE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. THE FUND (BOTH AS TO CAPITAL AND INCOME) IS TO BE APPLIED FOR THAT OBJECT BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
