Charitable objects

AMONGST SUCH NUMBER OF THE POOR INHABITANTS OF THE TOWNS OF AVEZE AND LE VIGAN SITUATE RESPECTIVLY IN THE DEPARTMENTS OF MARNE AND GARD IN FRANCE AT SUCH TIME AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND EITHER IN MONEY PROVISIONS PHYSIC OR CLOTHES AS THE SAID TRUSTEES OR TRUSTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT FOR THE BETTER SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH POOR INHABITANTS. PROVIDING THAT IT SHALL BE LAWFUL FOR SAID TRUSTEES OR TRUSTEE TO PAY THE SAME TO SUCH CLERGYMEN OR MINISTERS RESIDING AT THE SAID TOWNS OF AVEZE AND LE VIGAN RESPECTIVELY AS THE TRUSTEE OR TRUSTEES MAY DEEM TRUSTWORTHY AND COMPETENT FOR THE APPLICATION THEREOF.
