THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME AND AT THEIR DISCRETION THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED WOMEN AND GIRLS RESIDENT IN GREATER LONDON IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
