TO IMPROVE THE CONDITITONS OF LIFE OF THE AGED AND DISABLED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF YEOVIL AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD AND FOR THIS PURPOSE TO PROVIDE A CENTRE AT WHICH RECREATIONS AND CATERING FACILITES MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE.
