Charitable objects
1. TO HOLD THE CAPITAL UPON SUCH CHARITABLE TRUSTS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES THIND FIT. 2. TO HOLD THE INCOME UPON SUCH TRUSTS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF TRADES UNION CONGRESS DIRECT AND THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH DIRECTIONS AND IN DEFAULT OF SUCH DIRECTIONS THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITIES AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
