Charitable objects
FOR RELIEVING PERSONS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES AND IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY:- (1) PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN PRISONERS OF WAR IN ENEMY HANDS AND ARE RESIDENT IN OR NEAR THE BOROUGH OF MAIDSTONE. (2) DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 4 OF THE SCHEME).
