Charitable objects

TO OR FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES INSTITUTIONS OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE SETTLOR DURING HER LIFE AND AFTER HER DEATH BETTY ARTHURSON OF SEAWARD, THE ROYAL HOYLAKE DURING HER LIFE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN WRITING DIRECT AND SUBJECT TO OR IN DEFAULT OF ANY SUCH DIRECTION OR AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SURVIVOR OF THE SETTLOR AND THE SAID BETTY ARTHURSON TO SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
