THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN CERDD DANT OR PENNILLIAN SINGING, WELSH CULTURE AND CHORAL SINGING, INCLUDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC TASTE IN TRADITIONAL WELSH MUSIC AND POETRY AND IN PARTICULAR (A) BY HOLDING CONCERTS MEETINGS AND OTHER FUNCTIONS (B) BY OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF THE WELSH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE.
