Activities - how the charity spends its money
The main object of the Society is to preserve and enhance the character of the parish of Chedworth, and to improve its appearance and amenities. This remit embraces many aspects of Village life, including historical interest, conservation, environmental concern, planning and housing development, and provision of amenities. The Society also promotes a strong social calender.

TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE FOLLOWING BY CHARITABLE MEANS BUT NOT OTHERWISE: TO PRESERVE AND ENHANCE THE CHARACTER OF THE PARISH OF CHEDWORTH AND ITS SURROUNDING COUNTRYSIDE AND TO IMPROVE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE ITS APPEARANCE AND AMENITIES. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 8TH JULY 1969).
