Charitable objects

PROVIDING FROM TIME TO TIME FOR SUCH POOR PERSONS AS THE TRUSTEES SELECT, BEING PERSONS BELONGING TO THE AREA OF THE FORMER POOR LAW UNION OF DARTFORD AND PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF KENT OR THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY WITH RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION AS PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF AGE INFIRMITY OR ANY ATTENTION WHICH IS NOT OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO THEM, SOME BENEFIT, COMFORT, LUXURY OR TREAT WHICH WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED FOR THE RECIPIENTS.
