Charitable objects
DURING THE LIFETIME OF THE SETTLOR, TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME AND THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE SETTLOR DIRECTS TO SUCH CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPOPTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE SETTLOR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT AND IN DEFAULT OF SUCH DIRECTION AND AFTER THE DEATH OF THE SETTLOR AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITIES.
