Charitable objects

(A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY SUFFERING OR DISTRESS OF GURKHAS AND OF THE DEPENDANTS OF GURKHAS. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG POOR GURKHAS OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THOSE AREAS OF THE KINGDOM OF NEPAL WHERE GURKHAS LIVE OR THE TRAINING OF GURKHAS IN A TRADE OR OCCUPATION SO AS TO ASSIST THEIR RE-ESTABLISHMENT IN CIVILIAN LIFE. (C) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS CONNECTED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGING TRUSTEES
