THE UPKEEP, REPAIR AND INSURANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST MARY AND SUBJECT THERETO THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICES OF THE PARISH CHURCH AND THE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND INSURANCE OF THE FURNITURE THEREOF.
