Charitable objects
THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF OVER. IF IN ANY ONE YEAR THE WHOLE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED AS AFORESAID THE SAME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE RELIEF OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH EITHER IN GIFTS IN KIND OR GRANTS OF MONEY.
