THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE SAID PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE SAID MORTGAGE UNTIL SALE OR OTHER DISPOSITIONS UPON TRUST TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE USED BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF MIDDLETON ON THE HILL AND LEYSTERS AS A PARISH HALL ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE.
