TO PROVIDE HOUSING, LIVING ACCOMMODATION AND ASSOCIATED AMENITIES IN THE DIOCESE OF MANCHESTER AND ELSEWHERE IN ENGLAND FOR PERSONS IN NECESITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING HOMELESS PERSONS OR PERSONS WHO FOR ANY REASON ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES WITHOUT SUPPORTIVE CARE, AND TO PROMOTE, AID AND FURTHER THE SPIRITUAL AND MORAL WELFARE OF SUCH PERSON.
