Charitable objects
1. TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE AND TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE DUTCH QUARTER OF COLCHESTER ITS BEAUTY, HISTORY AND CHARACTER. 2. TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING IN THE DISTRICT. 3. TO SECURE PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY, OR HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE DISTRICT.
