FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELIEVING DISTRESS THROUGH POVERTY OF:- (A) THE WIDOWS AND DEPENDENTS OF DECEASED HEAD MASTERS WHO WERE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION. (B) HEAD MASTERS AND EX-HEAD MASTERS (MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION) IN SPECIAL AND URGENT NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
