TO PROMOTE TEMPERANCE IN PENRHYN BAY, LLANDUDNO OR ELSEWHERE IN WALES AND ENGLAND. TO PROVIDE VILLAGE HALLS OR COMMUNITY CENTRES FOR THE USE (CONSISTENTLY WITH THE PROMOTION OF TEMPERANCE) OF THE INHABITANTS OF PENRHYN BAY, AFORESAID OR ELSEWHERE IN WALES AND ENGLAND.
