TO APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME IN PROVIDING GIFTS IN MONEY OR IN KIND FOR THE DESERVING MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION SUCH MEMBERS TO BE REGULAR WORKSHIPPERS AT THE SAID CHAPEL AND TO BE SELECTED BY THE STEWARDS AND TRUSTEES OF THE SAID CHAPEL THE GIFTS SO PROVIDED TO BE DISTRIBUTED AT CHRISTMAS.
