TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL HELP AND ASSISTANCE FOR POOR FEDERATION OF YOUNG FARMERS' CLUBS OR THEIR WIVES OR OTHER DEPENDENTS INCLUDING ORPHANS OR CHILDREN FROM BROKEN HOMES BEING IN NEED OR OTHER YOUNG AGRICULTURISTS OR HORTICULTURISTS WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.
