Charitable objects
INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN PAYING THE SUM OF ú2.50 TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITIES OF WILLIAM HENRY DIGWEED AND LADY REBECCA KINGSMILL IN THE PARISH OF ECCHINSWELL AND SYDMONTON FOR APPLICATION AS PART OF THE INCOME OF THOSE CHARITIES. SUBJECT AS AFORESAID THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED UNDER THE HEAD OF RELIEF IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE SCHEME OF 2 FEBRUARY 1987.
