THE ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE, UPKEEP, MANAGEMENT AND THE ASSISTANCE OR FURTHERANCE OF THE CHARITABLE WORK CARRIED ON ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY OR UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANY PERSON OR PERSONS OR ANY SCHOOL, HOSPITAL, CLINIC, HOME, HOSTEL OR OTHER ORGANISATION OR INSTITUTION FOR OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CARE, MAINTENANCE, EDUCATION, WELFARE OF PERSONS (WHETHER CHILDREN OR ADULTS) WHO SUFFER FROM ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY, HANDICAP OR DISORDER.
