Charitable objects
(1) THE EDUCATION TRAINING OR REHABILITATION IN ANY TRADE SKILL TECHNIQUE OR DISCIPLINE OF ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTY DOMICILED OR RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHO FALLS WITHIN CERTAIN CATEGORIES. (CATEGORIES DEFINED IN DEED)
(2) TO APPLY THE SAME FOR OR TOWARDS SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT.
