MARY PARK AND LATCHMERE WARDS OF THE PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCY OF WANDSWORTH BATTERSEA NORTH WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED INFIRM OR IN REAL NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HEALTH CENTRE AND OTHER MEDICAL AND NURSING ESTABLISHMENTS AND OLD PEOPLES' HOMES AND CENTRES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
