FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH OR RELATING THE EDUCATION OF ANY PERSON WITH A VIEW TO HIS OR HER ADVANCEMENT IN ANY BRANCH OF THE LIVE THEATRE. ANY SUCH PERSONS SHALL HAVE BEEN BORN IN NORFOLK OR HAVE OR HAVE HAD EITHER PARENT BORN IN NORFOLK OR HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN NORFOLK FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS.
