TO PERMIT THE PREMISES TO BE USED BY AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE KEIGHLEY DETACHMENT OF THE NINTH WEST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE RIFLE VOLUNTEER CORPS AND OF ANY OTHER COMPANIES OR COMPANY OF RIFLE VOLUNTEERS THAT SHALL FOR THE TIME BEING BE ESTABLISHED AND SHALL USUALLY ASSEMBLE FOR COMPANY DRILL AT KEIGHLEY.
