THE PROVISION OFREST HOMES AND HOLIDAY FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF WHOLESALERS AND RETAILERS ENGAGED IN THE TEXTILE TRADE AND OF SUCH MANUFACTURERS IN THE TRADE AS DISTRIBUTE TO RETAILERS AS WELL AS MANUFACTURE AND THE WIVES AND WIDOWS AND THE HUSBANDS AND WIDOWERS OF SUCH EMPLOYEES AND FORMER EMPLOYEES WHO BY REASON OF AGE OR STATE OF HEALTH NEED ACCOMMODATION IN A HOME ORA HOLIDAY BUT WHO OWING TO LACK OF MEANS ARE NOT ABLE TO AFFORD SUCH ACCOMMODATION OR HOLIDAY.
